Changes, Cancellations & Rescheduling: We know life happens, sometimes forcing a change in plans.

• One week prior to your visit, please provide a final head-count and payment either online or with a group sales associate.
• By 5 p.m. the day prior to your reservation, let us know if you need to cancel or reschedule your climb or if your numbers change. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your reservation, or if you need to remove climbers from your reservation, we’ll provide you with a gift card equal to the cost paid for the tickets that will no longer be used. This gift card will never expire. At this point, new climbers can be added at the agreed upon group rate subject to availability.
• On the day of your reservation, you can add climbers subject to availability at the General Admission Rate. Please note that, on the day of your reservation, we are unable to offer compensation for no-shows.
• TreeTrails is open in all but the most extreme weather. If we are unable to open due to inclement weather, we will contact you to reschedule. In the event of thunderstorms or high winds while you are in the park, we may suspend climbing. We can extend your climbing time once we reopen or we can compensate you with a gift card based on the amount of time you’ve climbed. This gift card will never expire.
