TreeTrails Adventures is one of the most popular destinations for groups of students, campers, scouts, teams, clubs and churches in Eastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and beyond! All groups must include at least 10 climbers for special discounted pricing. Our group package includes a reserved picnic table, a dedicated group host, and special attention during harnessing, briefing and practice in preparation for climbing.

All group packages must include at least 10 tickets and prices vary based on the day desired for the outing. Our flyers about Student and Youth Programs includes pricing and can be viewed if you Click Here.

Check out WWW.TreeTrails.Com/Trevose and click on the ‘Groups’ tab for detailed info about various group events. Please Click Here to submit an online inquiry form and our team will be in touch with you directly.

Our Group Sales Manager will call you to learn more about your group and the specifics of your inquiry. Based on this conversation, he will create a quote and send it electronically to you. The quote will include a link so you can reserve your event by paying a 20% deposit online. Alternatively, a deposit can be made over the phone, secured by a purchase order, or paid by a check cut by your organization. If you have questions, please contact us.

Call our Group Sales Manager: (570) 534-7515. Email: [email protected].

Please advise of your tax-exempt status during your introductory conversation with the Group Sales Manager. You’ll need to provide us with a copy of your Pennsylvania Tax Exempt Certificate. Please note that if you are tax exempt only in a state other than Pennsylvania, we cannot process your reservation as tax exempt. The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania does not recognize the tax-exempt status awarded by other states.

Once your deposit is paid, your quote becomes an order. You’ll receive an electronic order management link. This page includes an electronic waiver link you can send to legal guardians of your youth by email or text. A guardian can sign an online waiver by clicking on the link, completing and then submitting the waiver. Submitted waivers will be auto assigned to your order. It is easy to cross-check the waivers submitted against the list of youth you expect to attend. From our experience, it’s important to send this waiver link to guardians as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT: TreeTrails only accepts waivers submitted online by a child’s parent or legal guardian. TreeTrails does not accept paper waivers. Additionally, TreeTrails will not accept waivers signed by another child’s parent or by an organization staff member.

No. All waivers must be completed and submitted online using the link provided as described above. Because some parents have limited internet access, many organizations ask parents to complete the waiver using an organization computer, tablet, or cell phone. Some organizations load the waiver link to one of these devices so waivers can be completed during registration, during orientation, or during daily drop-off/pickup times.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept paper documents recreated from our online form. Children showing up with paper waivers will not be allowed to climb and no refund will be provided.

No. The waiver can only be signed by a minor’s parent or legal guardian.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not let a child climb if his or her waiver was signed by a staff member or another unauthorized adult. No refund will be provided for the child’s unused ticket.

TreeTrails offers one free ticket for a climbing chaperone for every 10 youth tickets that are purchased. For example, if 30 youth tickets are purchased, we provide 3 free tickets for chaperones who want to climb. These adult climbers must submit a waiver. There is no cost for non-climbing chaperones or other guests who want to observe or cheer students on from the ground. Non-climbers also do not need to complete a waiver.

As a reminder, our group pricing is for a minimum of 10 climbers. When booking a group, it’s common to plan for the largest possible turnout. Please confirm your climber count two weeks prior to your party. At this point, we can add or remove tickets from your reservation (as long as 10 tickets remain in your package) and process payment of your account balance. We call this adjusted number of tickets your “minimum guaranteed” number of climbers. Don’t worry if you have last-minute additions. Even on the day of the outing, we can add guests to your reservation at your group rate, subject to availability. To confirm your climber count, contact our team.

As a reminder, our group rate is for a minimum of 10 climbers. So, for example, if your count decreases from 12 – 10 climbers, we can remove two tickets and provide you with account credit for the difference in cost. Account credit never expires and can be used for concessions or merchandise in our store or for a future climb. If fewer than 10 climbers can attend your group event, we can swap your unused tickets for Admit 1 vouchers. These vouchers can be redeemed for a future climb.

If you need to add more guests to the reservation, we are happy to do so at the original agreed-upon rate subject to availability.

We understand that plans can change at the last minute. If you need to cancel your group, please give our office a call for assistance. We can reschedule the group or provide you with an account credit. This account credit never expires and can be used for concessions or merchandise in our store or for a future climb. You can use the total value of account credit for one visit, or for multiple visits.

When inclement weather arrives, our Guest Services Team will contact you to explore options. Options can include adjusting your starting time on the day of your reservation or moving the reservation to a different day. TreeTrails Adventures responds to inclement weather much like a golf course or a swimming pool facility. The park typically remains open during spotty or light rain. However, climbing is suspended in the event of thunder, lightning, or damaging winds.

We suggest that your group arrive 15 minutes before your check-in time. If your entire group arrives early, we may be able to start check-in early. At your check-in time, we’ll check in your group even if everyone has not yet arrived. We often can check in late guests when they arrive and help them catch up with your main group. We don’t want to hold back your main group from its exciting adventure!

Yes. Many youth groups bring bag lunches. These often can be easily stored in your cooler and we can help you transport it to your group’s reserved picnic area. Some groups arrange for delivery of pizza or other food. Please be aware we have no ability to refrigerate food brought to the park.

TreeTrails provides a selection of drinks and snacks during most park operating hours.
