Joe Henry - General Manager
Joe started his adventure with the park in 2023 and has been committed to ensuring that climbers have a safe and exciting experience ever since. He can often be found checking in on guests in the park or working away in the front office. Joe loves helping guests build their confidence and reach new heights!
Molly Oriold - Business Operations and Marketing Manager
Molly has been with the park since 2023. She started as a Host at the front desk and became a manager in 2025. She loves helping guests out with any questions and tries her best to make their experience as smooth as possible! Molly can usually be found in the office greeting guests and assisting the front desk staff.

Grace Franklin - Group Sales Manager
Grace’s time with the park started in 2023 as a Park Lead. In 2025 she became the Group Sales Manager. Grace works to assist groups of all sizes in planning an exciting and unique adventure!

Bryce Pannone - Park Supervisor
Bryce has been with TreeTrails since 2023. Over the past few seasons he has worked his way from a Park Lead to the Park Supervisor, overseeing the day to day operations and maintenance of the courses. Bryce can usually be found in the air, tinkering away with park improvements. So look up!
